3 working days before shipping
Please allow 1-3 days to prepare your order for shipment. As soon as your package has been posted, you will receive an email with your tracking code.
As soon as we have sent your package you will receive a tracking to follow your package. If you have not received your package, please contact us by e-mail. You can reach us at info@hemptees.be
Please check your shipping confirmation first and make sure you have entered the correct address. If the address was not correct, I will gladly send you another order to the correct address, but that must be at your expense.
If the shipping address was correct, please contact us and give us your order number. We will then look for a good solution together.

Are you not satisfied with your order?
We try to make as clear as possible what you can expect exactly, it is always possible that you are not satisfied with what you have received. The shipping costs of the return are for the account of the customer.
If you are not satisfied with your received product or if you have a problem with your package, please let us know within 14 days of receipt. If you pass on your report after 14 days, unfortunately there is nothing more we can do for you.
Keep in mind that;
All measurements are approximate. We produce all of our garments in small production batches and the size may vary slightly between each batch. All our garment-dyed styles are pre-washed and shrunk. Our rich garment dye process allows for subtle variations and brings out the textures more with every wash, so no shirt is exactly the same.
Hemptees tees mold to the way you live and move. They get better with age. We believe that ‘imperfections’ make every part of Hemptees (and every person) unique.
